It is named after lawyer and businessman Jan de Pont, from whose estate the museum could be established. You will see works by various artists and three times a year there is a larger exhibition. Even the museum building itself - a former wool spinning mill - is worth a visit with its large bright hall and intimate 'wool lofts'. Piece by piece they house cosy coffee shops, hip lunch spots and surprising shops. Stroll through the streets and, above all, look up every now and then to be amazed at the beautiful facades in the Dwaalgebied. Oh, and with a bit of luck you will find the Dwalerij.
