Good night! It's International Sleep Day again

Friday 13 March is International Sleep Day. Although most of us are unfortunately not allowed to sleep in on this day and we still have to get up early to go to work, the Netherlands does draw attention to the consequences of poor sleep. Something that, as a four-star hotel, we naturally like to consider too!

A person needs about eight hours of sleep per night. Due to our busy lives, in which we work, play sports and maintain a social life, we often do not get those eight hours. In addition, we worry ourselves silly at night, so we don't get enough sleep either. The possible consequences? Health problems. On Sleep Day, therefore, we celebrate sleep and everything related to sleep. A good night's sleep, good health and alertness, for example. Sleeping well every day keeps you fit and healthy.

So scheduling enough time for yourself to fully unwind is very important. Want to schedule a moment for yourself? Celebrate Sleep Day with us and plan a visit to Mercure Hotel Tilburg Centrum. Our fine beds and soft sheets make sure you get a good night's sleep. In addition, we ensure that you lack nothing. For example, enjoy the extensive breakfast buffet or visit the sauna next door or one of the restaurants. The hotel is situated in a beautiful spot: right in the middle of Tilburg's bustling city centre. This makes it the perfect base for exploring the city, where there is plenty to do. In the evening, you can plop down in one of our comfortable beds. Good night!

Please note: modified route due to Tilburg Fair!
From Friday 18 July to Sunday 27 July, the city centre is transformed into the largest fairground in the Benelux. Our car park Hill Gate remains accessible via a bypass.
* Follow the yellow 'M' signs through the Jan Aartsestraat
* Park on level 9 - especially for Mercure guests!
