Hoewel de meesten van ons op deze dag helaas niet mogen uitslapen en we toch vroeg op moeten om naar ons werk te gaan, wordt er in Nederland wel aandacht gevraagd voor de gevolgen van een slechte nachtrust. Door onze drukke levens, waarin we werken, sporten \u00e9n een sociaal leven onderhouden, komen we vaak niet aan die acht uur. Daarnaast piekeren we ons \u2019s nachts suf, waardoor we ook niet voldoende slaap pakken. De mogelijke gevolgen? Gezondheidsproblemen. Op de Dag van de Slaap vieren we daarom de slaap en alle wat slapen te maken heeft. Een fijne nachtrust, goede gezondheid en alertheid bijvoorbeeld.
